Her work centers on bridging gaps between disciplines, improving clinical systems, and moving toward more neuroinclusive, person-centered approaches.She has experience across direct services, program development, and leadership, giving her a systems-level perspective on how care is delivered and where it often falls short. Lindsay is particularly passionate about addressing the disconnects between providers that impact collaboration, client experience, and long-term outcomes. In addition to her clinical work, Lindsay develops and delivers continuing education trainings for BCBAs and interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on practical, real-world application. Her work emphasizes clarity, alignment, and rethinking traditional models to better support both clients and clinicians.

Gracyn Conner, OTD, MS, OTR, is an occupational therapist with a background in pediatric care, applied behavior analysis, and health technology, with a focus on building tools and training systems that support independence for neurodivergent individuals across daily living skills. Her work sits at the intersection of OT and ABA (two disciplines she has practiced in and around for over a decade) and centers on closing the gaps between them in ways that are practical, privacy-conscious, and clinician-informed. She brings both a clinical and academic perspective to her work, serving as university faculty in occupational therapy while simultaneously building Hygiene Hippie, a health tech platform designed to support staff training, family engagement, and client independence. This dual role gives her a ground-level understanding of where clinical education falls short and what practitioners actually need when they walk into a session. Gracyn is particularly passionate about the moments where OT and ABA should be working together but aren't, and about creating continuing education that helps both disciplines understand each other well enough to change that. Her approach emphasizes real-world application, interdisciplinary respect, and the belief that better collaboration between providers leads directly to better outcomes for clients.
